If you are an external workplace investigator looking for leads for investigation work you may apply to become part of our yearly roster. You will be considered for WIN’s roster if you have received accredited workplace investigator training, are trauma informed and have conducted several investigations. If you become part of the roster, you may then be referred to potential clients looking to retain a workplace investigator.

If you are an organization who has received a complaint of bullying, harassment, discrimination or other inappropriate workplace conduct, and are in need of an external investigator asap, we can connect you with a qualified workplace investigator who can start immediately. WIN knows organizations have a legal obligation to respond quickly to complaints and we can help! Within 48 hours (or less) WIN will match you with an external investigator who meets your specific investigation requirements. All the investigators on the roster have been selected and are mentored by an industry professional with three decades of experience in the industry and who has conducted 500+ investigations.
