Prerecorded Webinar

What do you do as a Workplace Investigator or HR

when WorkSafeBC gets involved in Bullying and Harassment Complaints?

This session aims to share the experiences of EMPLOYERS when WorkSafeBC becomes involved in bullying/harassment complaints and mental injury claims in your workplace.

This session will address:

• Is the Employer required to investigate every complaint or report of Bullying and Harassment?
• If an Employee uses the words Bullying & Harassment, does that make it so?
• What typically happens when WSBC gets involved:
– On the Prevention side
– On the Claims side
• What happens if there are Dual/Triple investigations?

This prerecorded webinar is presented by Veronica Ukrainetz, the principal of Ukrainetz Workplace Law Group, a boutique firm based out of the Okanagan which provides strategic legal and human resources support for employers throughout British Columbia.
